It’s not often we find someone so talented at such an early age, but almost 2 years year ago, whilst the heaven managers were sipping over a few gin and blues in the poste house 🏡 we noticed the most stunning and innocent looking teen slide in, and we were just in awe!! 🤩 With a skinny frame, a sass in her walk and a face painted for the absolute gods, we just had to speak to her!! 🎨✨

We gave her a one off shift, cos why not, not thinking much of it, but little did we know we had uncovered such a powerhouse of creativity and uniqueness, with the mind and abilities to become a legendary Liverpool Queen and club kid extraordinaire, even comparable to the likes of Candy Star and other iconic Garlands Queens 🌟

2 years down the line and we couldn’t be more proud of everything Danaya has achieved at such an early age. We’re honoured to have been a part of the start of her journey, and to watch her transform into the amazing woman and entertainer she is today - and we will ALWAYS be proud of her!! 💙💗

We can’t wait to see what the next year, and even the next DECADE has in store for our baby of the family - if you see her about town over the weekend chuck her a pink gin and Lemo, that is if she ever comes down off the ceiling long enough for you to hand it to her!! 🤣 🍻

Last Wednesday we popped along to the second Queer Town Hall meeting organised by @sahirhouse, and this quarters topic was about a topic near and dear to our hearts - Pride in the Community!! 🌈 🥳 ✨

As we begin to start making preparations and plans for this years pride celebrations, it was super important and insightful for us to attend and hear what pride means to different people, and what the community feels is missing from pride, in order for us to do our bit as part of the nightlife economy to give the community the best pride that we can!! 🥰

Thank you to @sahirhouse for creating this opportunity for the community to come together and discuss various topics openly in a safe and welcoming space;

and if you’ve never been before and are interesting in chatting to different types of people from our community, we can’t recommend these types of meetings enough!!
